Privacy Policy

Last updated October 16, 2026

CTRLROOMWW builds websites for local businesses from Los Angeles. This policy explains what information we collect through ctrlroomww.com, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

How we use it

To build and launch your website, send you your preview link, payment links and receipts, answer your questions, and keep basic business and tax records. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it to show you ads.

Who else handles it

Only the services we need to run the business:

Each of these handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working together, and afterward for as long as we need it for tax and business records. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

To make a request, email ctrlroomla@gmail.com. We may need to confirm it is you before we act, and we will respond within 45 days, usually much sooner.

Security

This site uses HTTPS, and access to your project information is limited to the people working on it. No method of storing information online is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Children

Our services are for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
